Purchase Policy

Desk360 Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“Desk360”, “our,” “we,” or “us”) incorporates a wallet system for purchases. Users may only make deposits by way of credit/debit card and wire transfer. Users may retrieve these deposits. The fees for the use of services are determined in the following way:

Business Profiles. A subscription fee is charged per whatsapp account.

Fee Per Conversation and Message. Each user initiated conversation and each message sent by the account owner are subject to different fees.

Template Messages. Each template message sent by the account owner is subject to a fee.

When you make a purchase we may request from you to supply additional information relevant to your transaction, such as your bank account number, banking details, credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, tax number name-surname and your address(es) for the purpose of billing and delivery (such information, “Payment Information”).

We do not store or process any Payment Information fully. Each Transaction and Payment Information is tokenised by our fully licensed third party payment service providers to ensure the highest standards of payment security. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment method(s) represented by any such Payment Information.

You authorize us or our authorized agents, as applicable, to bill your credit card upon subscription (or renewal) to the services. The amounts due and payable by you for a transaction through the services will be presented to you before you place your order and as long as you continue to receive service, unless you cancel this acceptance process that you made at the beginning of the service, your approval under this article will be deemed to exist. If you choose to initiate a transaction via the services, you authorise us to transfer your Payment Information to our third party service providers so we can complete your transaction and agree (a) to pay the applicable fees and any taxes; (b) that Desk360 via our partner payment service providers may charge your credit card or third party payment processing account, including, but not limited to, your account with distribution platform, for verification, pre-authorisation and payment purposes; and (c) to bear any additional charges that your provider, bank or other financial service provider may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your order. Your order is not binding on Desk360 until accepted and confirmed by Desk360. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in the Terms.

The parties accept that the fees for the use of services announced in a public and accessible manner on this website are an integral part of this Purhcase Policy.

Desk360 may cease its Template Message service, if an account’s balance is below 80 USD and cease it services completely in the event that account balance is below 30 USD. In any case Desk360 solely reserves its right to determine minnimum balance limits for the provision of any service. 

If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with Desk360.

Desk360 reserves the right to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined, if we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Desk360 deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Desk360 also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your transaction (such information is included within the definition of Payment Information). Desk360 will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel. If Desk360 is unable to collect the relevant amount with the Payment Information from the payment method defined by you in any of the purchase it offers, other purchase will be canceled in addition to the uncollectible package.

Transactions will be made with payment instruments permitted by Desk360, such as EFT, Swift, and credit cards. You are solely responsible for all kinds costs and expenses such as commissions, service fees arising from the transactions carried out with payment instruments.

Purchases Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Purchase

Renewal:  Your subscription to the services is automatically renewed for a subscription period equivalent to the expired subscription period. We may make upgrades and updated current prices for the new period unless otherwise stated in writing. Changes to fees are notified to users prior to the renewal period. In case you do not terminate your account, you acknowledge and agree that the fee set for the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically to your credit card.You must cancel your monthly subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next subscription period. You can cancel the purchase at any time by contacting us by email at support@desk360.com [.].

You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current purchase period and you will continue to receive the services ordered until the end of your current purchase period.

Changes to Purchases

Desk360 reserves the right to change its pricing terms for purchases at any time and Desk360 will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for purchase renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to our pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your purchase in accordance with our most up to date Terms of Service as above.

Future Functionality

You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the performance of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any marketing or notifications related to future functionality or features.
